You can try RouteYou Premium for free for one month, but the member discount isn’t available during the trial. The 30% discount kicks in only once your Premium account is fully active — so after the trial ends.
To grant member discounts, two conditions must be met:
- Your account must be a Premium account (or higher) with the user type set to ‘club’.
- Your account must have the membership feature activated, so users can actually become members of your club account.
We need to know who your members are — without that information, we can't activate the benefit.
If your account does not meet both conditions, the member discount cannot be applied.
1/ Activate a professional club account
- Upgrade to a RouteYou Premium, Pro, or Enterprise account (if you haven’t already).
- Go to 'Personal Information' on your profile page .
- As the first option, indicate in what capacity you are using your RouteYou account. Choose 'Club'.
2/ Activate the membership feature and recruit members

Frequently Asked Question
If you buy a RouteYou Plus yearly subscription while your club or organization still has an active Premium (or higher) account, you’ll get the discount.
If the membership or account is canceled afterward, you’ll still keep the discount for the full duration of your current Plus subscription.
But if you try to buy a new Plus subscription after the club’s membership or account has ended, the discount won’t apply anymore.
