Voice guidance provides spoken instructions to help you navigate. This voice guidance complements the on-screen visual Turn-by-Turn (TBT) instructions, keeping your eyes safely on the road.
Voice guidance is available with a RouteYou Plus account or higher.
During active navigation, you can adjust voice instructions at any time:
- In the bottom right corner of the navigation screen, tap the round white button with the three dots

- A menu with navigation options will appear over the map.
- Switch the toggle for Voice instructions on or off:
- Toggle on (green): Voice guidance is active and announces upcoming turn instructions aloud.
- Toggle off (gray): Voice guidance is muted. Visual navigation arrows on the screen will continue to work normally.
- Close the menu to return directly to the map view.
Turn-by-Turn navigation combines spoken instructions with visual directional arrows at the top of the screen by default.
