Why are you seeing this message?
Popular routes, like the Mullerthal Trail or well-known cycling classics, are uploaded to RouteYou by many different users. As a result, there are sometimes dozens of versions of the same route.
Some of these versions are outdated, lack information, or contain small route errors. To make sure you don't head out with a lesser version, our system automatically recommends the highest-quality option: the Top Route.
What makes a route a Top Route?
A route gets the Top Route label based on strict quality criteria:
- Official or verified: The route has been checked or comes directly from an official partner, tourism board, or guide.
- Rich information: The route includes updated points of interest (POIs), clear photos, and a complete description.
- High rating: The route receives great reviews from the RouteYou community.
What happens when you click?
When you click the Top Route available button, you'll go straight to the best version of that route. You can then save, download, or start it right away in the app, just like usual.
