Trying to sign in to RouteYou and getting a message that your browser is blocking cookies? Cookies are small files RouteYou uses to keep you safely signed in and save your preferences. Without these cookies, you can't sign in.

Using an incognito or private window?
Browsers block cookies and session data in private mode by default. Open a regular browser window to sign in to RouteYou. This usually solves the problem right away.

Note for iPhone and iPad (iOS)
Apple manages privacy settings for all browsers through your device's main settings. On iOS, always follow the Safari steps, even if you use Chrome or Firefox.

 

Safari (iOS - iPhone and iPad)
  1. Open the "Settings" app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Scroll down and tap "Safari".
  3. Turn off "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking".
  4. Make sure "Block All Cookies" is turned off.
  5. Open RouteYou again and try signing in.
     
Google Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the three dots in the top right corner of Chrome.
  2. Go to Settings > Site settings > Third-party cookies.
  3. Select "Allow third-party cookies" or add routeyou.com as an exception.
  4. Open RouteYou again and try signing in.
     
Samsung Internet
  1. Tap the three lines in the bottom right corner of your browser.
  2. Go to Settings > Privacy and security.
  3. Turn off "Smart anti-tracking" or add routeyou.com as an exception.
  4. Open RouteYou again and try signing in.
     
Firefox (Mobile)
  1. Tap the three dots in the bottom right corner of Firefox.
  2. Go to Settings > Privacy and security.
  3. Set "Enhanced Tracking Protection" to "Standard".
  4. Open RouteYou again and try signing in.
