Apple manages privacy settings for all browsers through your device's main settings. On iOS, always follow the Safari steps, even if you use Chrome or Firefox.
- Open the "Settings" app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Scroll down and tap "Safari".
- Turn off "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking".
- Make sure "Block All Cookies" is turned off.
- Open RouteYou again and try signing in.
- Tap the three dots in the top right corner of Chrome.
- Go to Settings > Site settings > Third-party cookies.
- Select "Allow third-party cookies" or add routeyou.com as an exception.
- Open RouteYou again and try signing in.
- Tap the three lines in the bottom right corner of your browser.
- Go to Settings > Privacy and security.
- Turn off "Smart anti-tracking" or add routeyou.com as an exception.
- Open RouteYou again and try signing in.
- Tap the three dots in the bottom right corner of Firefox.
- Go to Settings > Privacy and security.
- Set "Enhanced Tracking Protection" to "Standard".
- Open RouteYou again and try signing in.
- Click the three dots in the top right corner of your browser.
- Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Third-party cookies.
- Choose "Allow third-party cookies" or add routeyou.com under "Allowed to use third-party cookies".
- Reload the page and try signing in again.
- In the menu bar, click Safari > Settings (or Preferences).
- Open the Privacy tab.
- Uncheck "Prevent cross-site tracking".
- Make sure "Block all cookies" is unchecked.
- Reload the page and try signing in again.
- Click the three lines in the top right corner.
- Go to Settings > Privacy & Security.
