This page explains how to activate the automatic renewal of your RouteYou subscription, its benefits, and how to disable it. Why enable automatic renewal? No interruption of your RouteYou services. You keep access to all features without any extra steps. Payment is processed securely via the payment method you configured.

Enabling “Automatic renewal”
If you turned off “Automatic renewal” and want to reactivate it, you can do so very easily by following these steps:
- Go to your purchases page
- Find your most recently purchased subscription in the list.
- In the “Renew” section, click 'Renew your subscription here'. This will activate a direct debit authorization. Your subscription will then automatically renew at the end of the current subscription period and be paid through the payment method you selected at activation.
Disabling “Automatic renewal”
If you enabled “Automatic renewal” and want to disable it, you can do so very easily by following these steps:
- Go to your purchases page
- Find your most recently purchased subscription in the list.
- In the “Renew” section, click 'Stop automatic renewal'.
Your subscription will no longer renew automatically. We always indicate when your subscription will expire.
