Making payments

You can pay for your upgrade via the website or via the app. How the payment process works depends on where you upgrade.

We recommend that you always make your purchases through the website. That way, we can guarantee the best possible service.

Android

The app allows you to pay for your upgrade with the payment method linked to the Play Store. You can manage these upgrades in the Play Store app.

  1. Open the Play Store on your device
  2. Tap your avatar at the top right and select "Payments and subscriptions"
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Tap "RouteYou"
  5. Here, you can manage your subscription.
iOS

The app allows you to pay for your upgrade using the payment method linked to your Apple ID. After you have made your purchase, you can manage your payments through the subscription linked to your Apple ID.

  1. Go to the settings on your iPhone
  2. Tap "Apple ID, iCloud, Media and Purchases"
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Select "RouteYou"
  5. Here, you can check to see if your subscription has an automatic renewal. If it does have an automatic renewal, you can also disable the automatic renewal here.
