- Tap the "Profile" button
- Choose "Delete account"
- Confirm that you want to delete your account
Enter a reason why you are deleting your account, if any. - Tap "Confirm"
If you want to cancel the deletion, tap "Restore" or simply close the window
- Log in to the website
- Use the main menu on the top left or your avatar on the top right to go to your personal settings.
- Choose "My profile"
- On your profile page, scroll all the way to the bottom and select "Delete my account"
All your data (routes, POIs, comments, activities, etc.) on RouteYou will now be removed. When you delete your account, you will no longer receive emails or notifications from RouteYou.
You will no longer be able to perform actions on RouteYou that require an account. - Confirm that you want to delete your account

Can I still create a new account?
Yes, you can create a new account, but please note, the data from your previous account(s) is gone, and we cannot restore it.
Can I transfer routes from my old account to a new account?
You can, but you must transfer them before you delete your old account. If you want to do this, please contact us using the contact form.
