RouteYou supports logging in via Google, on the RouteYou website and in the RouteYou App.
This means that you can:
- Create a RouteYou account with your Google login
- Link a RouteYou account to your Google account
How to connect your RouteYou account with your Google login
- Go to the login screen and select "Sign in with Google"
- Google pop-up screen will appear, where you can
- enter your email address and password or
- create a new Google account or
- select an existing Google account
- Depending on the option you selected at step 2, at step 3 you must
- verify that you want to make this connection
- enter your personal details and choose an email address
- select your desired account
- You authorize Google to securely share your name, email address and profile picture with RouteYou.
- Your Google login is now linked to your RouteYou account. You can check this via your profile page on the website.
How to disconnect your RouteYou account from your Google login
- Go to your profile page on the RouteYou website
- Scroll until you see
Connection with Google account
- Click "Open" and choose
Disconnect from Google
ATTENTION!
The next time you log in to RouteYou, you will need to use "Forgot Password" to set a password. Because when you disconnect from Google, RouteYou only has your email address and not your password.
