If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new password by completing the following steps.
- Choose "Log in with your email"
- On the login screen, under the "Log in with RouteYou account" button, click the "Forgot your password?" link.
- Enter your email address and click "Confirm"
ATTENTION!
Use the email address linked to the RouteYou account you wish to open. If you have multiple RouteYou accounts linked to different email addresses, make sure you enter the correct email address here. - You will receive an email that contains instructions for setting a new password. Also be sure to check the ‘junk mail’ in your mailbox if you don't receive the mail right away.
