The procedure for discontinuing depends on the type of subscription and which method you used to activate the subscription.
I have a paying subscription.
If you are purchasing a subscription via the app, then how you manage your payments does not depend on the operating system. Click here for more information.
If you have purchased a standard subscription via the website without activating automatic renewal, then you can check when this expires on the purchases page . If you take no action, then the paid account is automatically converted to a RouteYou Free-account at the end of your subscription period. You still have access to the free RouteYou basic functionalities, however.
If you have a subscription with "automatic renewal" and want to discontinue it, then this can be done quite easily by following these steps:
- Go the purchases page on the website.
- Go to the list and view the last purchased subscription
- Under the "Renew" column, click on the "Stop Automatic Renewal"
Your subscription will now no longer be automatically renewed. We'll always inform you when your subscription is expiring.
