RIGHT TO CANCEL:
A purchase can be cancelled within the statutory period of 14 days.
After the statutory 14-day cooling-off period has expired, it is no longer possible to receive a refund.
Attention!
If you received a free trial month with an upgrade through the app, the 14-day withdrawal period falls within that trial month. If you want to cancel for free, you must do so before the end of your trial month. If you do not, a payment will follow after the first month, and you will no longer be able to exercise your right of withdrawal.
If you have made a payment via the app, then the procedure depends on your operating system.

Provide your transaction number from the Google Payment Center when submitting your request. We need it in order to retrieve your payment and then initiate the refund.
You can retrieve your transaction number in the Google Payments Center, under the transaction data. The transaction ID begins with "GPA."
The amount is refunded via the payment method you have stored in your Google account.
Please contact the App Store if you made your purchase via iOS.
